Jim Humble sought to find the limits of this procedure in which chlorine dioxide gas is produced very slowly in the stomach, absorbed by the blood over a 2 to 10 hour period, resulting in gradual body purification. A violent electron exchange occurs when Chlorine Dioxide gas molecules are chemically attracted out of the blood to the cell walls of germs, bacteria, anaerobic tumors, and fungus, for example.
