Disclaimer Associated with MMS Educational and Informational Materials

The purpose of this educational Web site is to provide information about Jim Humble's discovery called "MMS" or "Miracle Mineral Supplement." Twenty-four web sites are included in this initiative as listed in the bottom table. All pages were written by Edward Lias except for two that transfer to other writers works. All pages are under Copyright. Personal contact information is near the bottom of this page. Most pages were reviewed by Jim Humble to verify accuracy.

The aim is to provide comprehensive information that assists people who want to prepare MMS for purposes of purifying water, or for applications externally to the skin, or for internal use in fortifying the immune system. The claims about MMS are based on the successes of at least 150,000 people who are estimated to be using MMS in detoxification mode or many times in reduced maintenance mode. MMS explanations are based on the findings of the inventor and the best practices used by various health clinics. Jim Humble has published two books and web sites that describe the medical and scientific research that underlies best dosages related to various ailments. Fair and balanced information is designed for visitors at every level including any reported MMS limitations and selected competing anti-bacterial products.

Chlorine dioxide has been widely recognised as the germicidal agent of choice since 1945. It is used in many cleaning products and in many industries - including health and wellness.

These MMS sites collect no money and sell no products. Persons who want to purchase MMS are directed to other sites and laboratories unrelated to this site where orders can be received, credit cards processed, and purchases can be fulfilled. We collect no information about visitors and therefore privacy policies are not involved.

You reached this web site because a search engine may have listed it, or another person recommended that you view the information here. If you sign up for the newsletter, the email addresses are not stored on a server where they can be found and harvested by advertising companies. They are stored offline and will not be made available to anyone.

No product warranties or health assurances can be granted or implied herein because everyone has unique biochemical genetics and history. The experiences and opinions of other people are the basis for all statements herein. Associated papers, articles, and personal testimonials are referenced and are believed to be accurate. The bibliographic references collected by Dr. Thomas Hesselink (Medical Doctor and Clinic Owner) are fully developed and represent another level of confidence related to MMS which is chlorine dioxide packaged for voluntary internal use.

You should not rely solely upon information you read herein. Additional comprehensive information is available by downloading and reading the details about this discovery and the path to its discovery contained in Jim Humble's two books. If you choose to use the MMS protocol internally you do so voluntarily based on the perceived experiences of 150,000 other people who used MMS during the past seven years. Since MMS has been shown to be safe, beneficial, and NOT harmful and that it is used two hours separated from other medicines or vitamins, therefore you can make your own decision whether to adopt Jim Humble's protocols.

Information contained herein has been compiled from many sources and not exclusively from the writings of the inventor. Accuracy and validity is maintained through site updates. Corrections and timely notices are periodically added to this web site. An extensive bibliography - both medical and scientific is visible on the navigation menus.

Visitors to these web sites listed below agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site creator and the unassociated MMS packaging laboratories against damages, charges, costs, expenses, legal fees, or injuries that might be claimed to be related to MMS. Damages cannot be claimed due to any shortcoming including failure of Web site performance, Internet interruptions, errors, omissions, computer viruses, line failures, misspelled words, or browser shortcomings on your computer.

Since MMS requires each one drop of MMS to be activated with five drops of an acid such as citric acid users are hereby made aware that perhaps one person in 10,000 may be allergic to citric acid. Test with two drops of citric acid under the tongue. Nausea would indicate avoidance of citric acid. Fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice is a good alternative.

This web site was created with two common programming languages - HTML and CSS. It's not guaranteed to display contents consistently across all browsers and operating systems. Microsoft's Internet Explorer Version 6 and FoxFire Versions 2 and 3 were the primary test platforms for the Web sites.

The writings on this web site were authored by Edward Lias, Ph.D. I retired in 2002 from 37 years of leadership positions in the corporate world. After three years at Columbia University I received an MA in Business Communications. Later after eleven years study at New York University, I received a Ph.D. related to research methods and information systems (Media Ecology Department with emphasis in research and statistics). My career was in the design and implementation of administrative software for university information systems. I also attended PeopleSoft University. My book "Future Mind" was published by Little-Brown in 1982 - now out of print. Upon retirement, my wife and I moved to East Texas where my son teaches at a State university. I'm assisting in the dissemination of MMS information.

Jim Humble will return soon to African countries where he will work toward the total elimination of malaria, sleeping sickness, and TB from the continent. Eventually a Foundation will provide grants to individuals who can give six or twelve months to assist in MMS clinical operations in Africa and elsewhere. Worldwide about three million children under age six die each year from malaria alone. Potentially they could all be saved from death. His Foundation will become a highly visible and life-giving initiative in the years ahead.

The use of this web site is entirely voluntary and at the visitor's risk. Statements regarding copyright are visible on each web page as well as the separate "Terms of Use" statement. Contents, design, and graphics of this site may not be copied for personal or corporate use, nor for any reason.

The Federal Trade commission requires these disclaimer statements to be visible at Internet sites as a means of maintaining truth in advertising, and to provide visitors with a basis for expectations, privacy, and trust in the sites they visit. Reference  http://www.FTC.gov

After these dismal-but-required disclaimers, I hope your experiences are positive and that you return occasionally to peruse new updated resources and educational materials that can be found here. Under Foundation auspices, scientists and researchers will continue to study the immune system's use of ClO2. At the main hub-site [ http://MMSsuperSite.com/ ] you can sign up for my periodic newsletter.
